In order for our planning to go smoothly, the sooner you sign up for a room, the easier for us to make further plans for a smooth reunion. Appreciate everyone reserving rooms as soon as possible
Booking Methods:
ONLINE (This is the PREFERRED Method). This will take you to the hotel website, specifically for our reunion. Click on book a room. You will notice that no room is available. Go to the top of the page and update the dates to November 12, 13, and 14. You will now see plenty of rooms to be reserved. If you still have issues, call me directly 513-300-4829. Dues / Fees
Dues/Fees: JAF membership dues are $20 (covers 2 years). The membership fees will be due at the reunion and are NOT included in the total price.
The total charge for the reunion will be $50/single or $100/couple for the meal and the reunion fee will be $50/shipmate. Therefore, the total cost is $100 for a single shipmate or $150 for a couple. This price is $15 more than our last reunion ($10 more for a single person). The reunion fee covers the cost of the dinner banquet room, tax and gratuity on the food, cost of servers, etc.
